Watch Kentucky Derby at Fairmont fundraiser

Want to watch the Kentucky Derby in style, and help out a good cause at the same time?

Tickets are on sale now for the annual CRT Hawaii Kentucky Derby Brunch Fundraiser set for 11 a.m. Saturday, May 5, at The Fairmont Orchid Hotel on the Kohala Coast.

“Join us to watch the 138th Kentucky Derby live, enjoy southern brunch, silent auction, best hat contest and more,” said spokeswoman Sharon Bechler. The cost is $75/person. Get tickets at www.crthawaii.org, by calling her at 885-0501 or by emailing infocrthawaii@gmail.com.

CRT stands for the Children’s Research Triangle Hawaii, a nonprofit group which is dedicated to the healthy development of children and their families.

“Our vision is for all children, no matter what challenges or disabilities they may face, to have a safe and nurturing childhood and to receive the support necessary to lead happy and fulfilled lives,” says the group’s website.
